Every bill in a pack carries 5 AI credits. All prices are before GST, and the full rules are in the Terms of use.
Where to see what you have
- Press Billing in the side menu.
- Under Balance, Bills left counts the bills you have paid for and not used yet, Spare AI credits counts extra credits, and Free first bill says Not used yet or Used.
- Payments lists what you paid, and Bills used lists each paid tender with the AI credits left on it. Buy bills shows the single bill and the packs.
Things to know
- Your first bill is free, with 3 AI credits. It is 1 free bill for each person, for any number of firms.
- The free bill cannot pay for a tender that was read more than 3 times, because that bill needs 5 AI credits. Your free bill then stays with you for another tender.
- A pack never expires. Buy now and use anytime, and each bill in it is spent when you download a tender. A pack of 10 or 25 costs less for each bill than buying one at a time.
- You pay once for each bill. After that, corrections and multiple downloads are free for as long as the bill exists, even if the department returns it.
- A bill is for one work, so a different work needs a new tender. Why a download was refused

How it is worked out
The price of a bill follows the readings on its tender, counted before the bill is paid for:

The reading that moves the price asks you first, and the button shows the new price. After 5 readings you must pay for the bill before the next reading, and only then can you buy extra credits. A tender read twice, the award letter and the Schedule of Work, is in the first row and costs ₹1,199, which your free first bill pays for. A tender read more than 3 times is in the second row and costs ₹1,499, which the free bill cannot pay for.
