| Cement | Cement for each item, in quintals, tonnes and bags of 50 kg. This sheet is there only when something is on it. The Cement statement |
| Deviation | What was sanctioned against what was done, item by item. The Deviation statement |
| Recovery | The security deposit, income tax, GST TDS and labour cess that the department keeps back, and what is left to pay. Recovery and Net payable |

Things to know
- A full bill has 10 sheets. Cement and Part Rate are left out when they would be empty, so a smaller bill has fewer.
- The Part Rate sheet comes from the Part rate tab on the Bill page. Type a part rate only on items that are built but not finished, and the bill still pays them at the full rate.
- The AE Test, EE Test and Completion Certificate are forms. The header and the printed words are filled in for you, and the rest is left for the officers, so print them and get them signed.
- The date on the Completion Certificate comes from the date the work finished in your tender details. If you did not type it, the certificate leaves a blank for it, and it never puts in today's date for you.
- The formulas are live, so a figure you change in the excel moves everything after it. The same sheets can be printed as PDF. Print the bill as PDF
