Why Revenin started
An RA Bill can run to 10 sheets that link to each other, and every rate on it must match the CPWD DSR to the paise. One wrong rate and the AE sends the bill back, delaying payment for finished work by months.
Revenin started in 2026 as a tool for one contracting firm on Delhi government works. The firm made its own bills with it, the department passed them, and that tool became ContractBill.
The same kind of work is waiting in other industries. It is done by hand, on paper and in Excel, and it can be automated with AI. That is the work we build for.
I built the first version because a firm needed it
I am Tarun Kumar, and I am doing my Bachelors in Technology from IIT Guwahati.
I saw a contracting firm lose days on every RA Bill, so in 2026 I built a tool that made the bill from the DSR rates. The firm used it for its own bills and the department passed them.
That tool is now ContractBill. I still build the products myself, and I started Revenin to do the same for other work that can be automated with AI.
